The F’ing Machine is back and this time, he’s in Australia with Stephanie Sanzo in a massive deadlift session
Cage recently flew to Australia for multiple wrestling shows. While he was there, he teamed up with Instagram sensation Stephanie Sanzo (@stephfitmum) in an hour long deadlifting session. The two smashed this workout with Cage topping out at 627lbs. Keep in mind, all the plates are in kilograms over in Australia, so the conversion isn’t an even number. Red plates are 25kg and blue plates are 20kg. Interestingly enough, the bar is still 45lbs Stephanie nailed an amazing 314lbs deadlift for her final pull of the day, and with ease.
You’ll notice that Stephanie is pulling sumo deadlifts while Cage is pulling conventional. Both styles are typically accepted in any competition however, sumo recruits more of the hamstrings and glutes and conventional deadlifts. For the ladies, this is an awesome alternative style for deadlifts, for obvious reasons.
