Take a moment and write down these four things to change your life forever:
1. What makes you feel significant?
Is it the feeling you get by helping others, speaking in public, growing your following to boost your business, being an incredible husband/wife or father/mother?
2. What makes you feel uncertain in your life?
In other words, what are you scared to try? Write it down, and now go try it and go become an expert at it. Humans need uncertainty or variety in their lives. Doing the same thing over and over again in a daily routine is how your life passes you by in a blink of an eye. Our time is short here, so find variety, do things that make you feel uncomfortable, and expand your life to it’s full potential.
3. What makes you feel certain in your life?
What are the things that provide you stability? For some people, this might be coming home and knowing that the car payment is paid, rent is paid, that their husband or wife will be there to give them a hug after a long day at work. Whatever these items are that give you certainty in your life, embrace them.
4. What will bring progress to your life?
What’s going to make you grow? Is it finishing a project you started, traveling the world? Is it starting a new business, or maybe getting married? How about chasing a specific dream that you’ve been putting off for years? Progress is defined personally and differently for each person. However, staying stagnant is the same. If we’re not growing, we’re not progressing, and we’re not finding true fulfillment and happiness in our lives.
Write these four things down and memorize them.
Then, go own them. Make them your bitch and watch your life transform right before your eyes.
