Not your typical Body Spartan post but the question at hand is, “Is wrestling fake?”.
Maybe the outcome is predetermined but the pain is real. Poor Alan from United Way of the Wine Country lost a bet and his punishment was to take a chop from Body Spartan founder Gabe Tuft (AKA: Tyler Reks). As you’ll see in the video below, the pain is real.
