Gratefulness changes your brainwave patterns
Did you know that when you live in a state of gratefulness, it actually changes your brainwave patterns? In fact, this state is so powerful that it creates what is called, “heart coherence.”
This is where your heartbeat, if monitored and analyzed, will show a significantly more rhythmic pattern, compared to someone who is stressed out where the pattern can be seen as chaotic.
Also, your brain’s electromagnetic field and your heart’s electromagnetic fields have been shown to become synchronized when you are in a state of gratefulness.
