Intermittent Fasting Meals

Gabe’s current intermittent fasting meals are being eaten between 12pm and 8pm. During this first week, there’s no restrictions on food intake. Basically, it’s eat when you’re hungry – so long as it’s between the 12-8pm time block. After the first week, the macros will be refined so we can have a better idea of how “winging it” versus a planned macro intake works.

What is OK to drink when intermittent fasting?

Research is showing that all you need is water. Coffee is acceptable, as long as it doesn’t have anything added to it. So basically, black coffee. Some people choose to use a small amount of coconut oil in their coffee to help provide them with some essential fats. Gabe however, is trying to create a benchmark, and stay completely fasted for the 16 hours each day. It’s just water and coffee for this experiment.
