About three months ago, I stumbled upon squat warm-ups. Ever since then I have been using these to improve my workouts. It doesn’t matter if I’m working on chest, back, or arms – I do them before EVERY workout!
You can do squat warm-ups by simply squatting light weights before you dive into your actual workout. Not only did it increase my leg size, squats also release and increase testosterone into the body! This is a scientifically proven fact.
