This workout program involves eating – a lot. To pack on size, you have to intake large amounts of calories and nutrients – which is exactly what we will show you how to do. Our program starts you at a specific meal frequency and increases the number of total meals per day slowly throughout the course. Heads up, you will eventually be eating more than 6 times a day! Don’t worry though, if you follow the program guidelines and ramp up slowly, and the way we tell you too, your body will turn into a calorie incinerating machine!
Cardio is extremely important to the program as it helps improve nutrient delivery to the muscle cells and also keeps off excess body fat. Since we’re ingesting large amounts of calories in this program, we want to ensure we knock out cardio and keep body fat to a minimum. The program calls for a small amount of cardio to begin with and slowly ramps you up, with increasing intensity, to an hour of cardio.
