We grill large portions of lean meat so that it will be readily available throughout the week when it is needed. If the healthy foods are available you will be more likely to eat them! This will keep you more consistent on your nutrition plan.

  9. BELIEVE.

    Well yes, “believe” is the most overused word in the fitness dictionary but it could not be better advice. Remember that what you’re doing WILL work. Believe that what you are going is the best gift that you can ever give yourself. Tell yourself every day that it is worth it. Fat loss will help to decrease the amount of stress there is on your body to process all of it, PLUS you will feel great about yourself!

  10. LIVE THE LIFESTYLE!

    You are not on a diet, you are not on a quick fix. This is life, dear fitness friends! Focus on what is long term. View your activity level and your nutrition practices as the way you will live your life. Fat loss is a process, and then when you meet your goals you have to MAINTAIN it! This is Sparta!
